Download videos in Telegram: bots for TikTok, Instagram and more

How downloader bots work

You can download videos in Telegram without third-party sites or programs. Copy a link to a clip on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or another platform, send it to the bot, and a few seconds later the file arrives. Some bots return video, others can also pull out audio, photos, carousels and stories.

The section holds more than 80 bots. Among them are Save As Bot, SaveOFF and Instant Saver.

What to consider when choosing

• Which platforms the bot supports: not every bot handles every service.
• Whether it can save without a watermark, if that matters to you.
• File size limits and daily download caps.
• Whether it shows ads and what an ad-free plan costs.
• Whether it works with private accounts: usually it does not.

Rights and privacy

A downloader can technically save almost any public clip, yet that does not mean you may use it however you like. The video belongs to its author. Personal viewing is generally fine, but reposting under your own name, selling it or editing it without permission may break copyright and platform rules.

Do not send bots links to private or restricted material: you hand the address to an outside service. A bot should never ask for the password to your social account. If it does, treat it as a scam.

Getting started

Open a bot from the catalog inside Telegram, tap Start and read the command list. Then paste a link and wait for the file. If a download fails, check that the post is public and the link was copied in full.

If a bot throws errors or asks for extra permissions, try another one from this section. A paid plan helps people who download often, while a free mode covers occasional use. Check payment terms, including Telegram Stars, in the bot description.
