1. Who processes your data

Data controller: the owner of nidium.com, Russian Federation. This policy covers nidium.com and follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Nidium is a catalog of Telegram bots and mini apps. You can browse it without an account. We only receive personal data when you submit a form on the site.

2. What we collect and why

• “Contact us” form: name (optional), email or Telegram for a reply, your message and the page you wrote from. Used to answer you and to handle content removal or personal data requests.
• Development request: name, Telegram, budget, task description and calculator choices. Used to contact you and prepare an offer.
• App submission: bot username and link, title, description, categories, your Telegram and email. App details are published after moderation; your contacts are never published and are used only to discuss the submission.
• Technical data: IP address, browser details, date and time of the request. Stored in server logs and together with the consent record when a form is sent. Used to fight spam and attacks and to prove that consent was given.

3. Legal basis

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent, given with a separate checkbox (the text is on the “Data Processing Consent” page). Forms cannot be sent without it. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

4. Storage and retention

• Data is stored on a server in Russia (Saint Petersburg).
• Messages and requests are kept while needed to reply and work on them, and no longer than 3 years after your last message.
• Server logs are kept for no more than 6 months.
• If you withdraw consent, your data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Notifications about new messages reach the operator through Telegram, whose servers are outside Russia. This cross-border transfer happens only with your consent. If you allow analytics, anonymised visit data (pages, device, approximate location, on-page actions) goes to Yandex LLC through Yandex Metrica and is stored in Russia. For visitors from other countries Google Analytics (Google LLC, servers outside Russia) is also turned on with consent; it is not loaded for visitors from Russia. Data may be disclosed to authorities when the law requires it.

6. Your rights

• find out whether we process your data and get a copy;
• have it corrected, restricted or deleted;
• withdraw your consent;
• complain to a data protection authority or a court.

7. How to contact us

Use the “Contact us” form (button in the bottom left corner of every page), topic “Personal data”, and leave a contact for the reply. We answer within 10 business days.

8. Security, cookies and children

The site works over HTTPS only, form data is accessible only to the operator, and server access is restricted. Technical cookies and browser storage keep your language and theme. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are turned on only after you accept them in the cookie notice; there are no advertising trackers. We detect the visitor’s country from the IP address (IP Geolocation by DB-IP) only to hide sections that are illegal in that country, and we do not store the result. Forms are not intended for people under 16.
