Consent

By ticking “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” and submitting a form on nidium.com, I freely and in my own interest consent to sole proprietor Dmitry Sergeevich Monovitskiy (TIN 861900967402, OGRNIP 325861700105912) processing my personal data on the terms below, in line with Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

1. Data

• name;
• email address and/or Telegram username;
• message text, task description, budget, details of my app;
• IP address, browser details, date and time of submission, page address.

2. Purposes

• to answer my message and contact me about it;
• to review a development request and prepare an offer;
• to review an app submission to the catalog;
• to handle content removal and personal data requests;
• to protect the site from spam and abuse and to record that consent was given.

3. Processing and cross-border transfer

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer, restriction, erasure and destruction, by automated means. I agree that notifications containing my data are delivered to the operator via Telegram, whose servers are located outside the Russian Federation.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, and no longer than 3 years from submission. I can withdraw it at any time via the “Contact us” form, topic “Personal data”. Data is then destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
