What is fine to download

Your own clips. Videos and recordings saved from your personal account.
Openly licensed content. Authors often allow reuse.

Quality and limits

Quality depends on the source. If the platform compresses the original sound, no bot can bring the lost detail back, and an MP3 made from such a clip will not turn into studio audio.

Telegram also caps the size of files a bot may send. Long videos and films might not go through.
