Board and card games in Telegram: chess, durak, UNO

Classic table games inside the messenger

This section holds the board and card games most of us grew up with: chess, checkers, durak, solitaire, dominoes, backgammon, lotto, sea battle. There are more than 40 apps, and nearly all of them start from Telegram in seconds.

Some games are built for a group chat. UNO Bot starts with commands in a group, and tic tac toe can be played against a bot or a friend. Other apps match you with a random opponent online.

How to pick a game

• Friends or strangers. Group bots and private tables suit a company, online matchmaking suits practice.
• No stakes or prizes. Some games are free and only track statistics, others run tournaments with rewards.
• Rules and modes. Durak comes in throw-in and transfer variants, poker has chips and tournaments, chess has different time controls.

Check how many players a table supports and whether there is a move timer. It changes the pace of a match a lot.

Crypto stakes: what to know

Some chess, lotto and solitaire apps run on TON or their own tokens. They may include entry fees, bets and prizes. Winning a match does not guarantee a payout, and payments depend on the project. Play only with an amount you can afford to lose, and never send money because another player asked.

If you just want leisure, pick free modes: poker with play chips, matches with friends and practice games.

How to start playing

Open an app from the catalog and launch it in Telegram. For group games, add the bot to a chat and enter the command that creates a match, usually new, then others join with a join command. In Mini Apps you simply pick a table and press play.

If a game asks you to connect a wallet, that step is optional for free modes. Learn the rules first and decide later whether prize tournaments are for you.
