About this App
At work you are one person, in love another. Calm and composed in the office, yet next to a partner you suddenly get jealous, shut down or try too hard. Blink | MBTI offers to show in two minutes who you are when you love. 💕
It is a Telegram bot with a short 13-question test. It is not about careers or "what kind of manager you are", but about emotions in relationships.
Three layers instead of one
Classic MBTI sorts people into 16 types by habits of thought and behaviour. Blink adds two more layers: attachment style and emotional intelligence.
- MBTI. How you gain energy, make decisions and perceive the world.
- Attachment. How you act in closeness: getting near easily, keeping your distance or fearing the loss of a person.
- EQ. How well you notice your own feelings and other people's and handle them.
The three layers make up your "emotional MBTI" and a personal BLINK code. It is a calling card for your character in relationships.
What the bot does
- /start. Launches the test.
- /profile. Shows your BLINK card and statistics.
- /language. Switches the interface language, including Chinese.
- /match. Opens Blink Social, where you can check chemistry with another person.
Taking the test
- Press /start and answer the first question.
- Answer fast without overthinking: the first reaction is more accurate.
- Get your BLINK code and a description of your type.
- Open /profile to revisit the card and /match to compare yourself with a partner or friend.
Answer about how you actually behave, not how you would like to. The test is useful only with honest answers. ✅
Compatibility: what to do with it
A chemistry check with another person sounds tempting, but read the result as a conversation starter, not a verdict. Two different types are not necessarily incompatible: in many strong couples the people are quite unlike each other.
The best use of a result is to show it to your partner and discuss what matched and what did not. That way a talk about the relationship begins without blame. 💬
How far to trust it
A 13-question test is a self-discovery game, not a diagnosis. MBTI itself is criticised in psychology for weak scientific reliability: people sometimes get different types when retaking it.
The result should not drive serious decisions such as breaking up, marrying or choosing a job. If a relationship causes pain, see a psychologist. ⚠️
Do not send the bot personal data you would rather keep private, and do not publish other people's results without their consent. 🔒
A good practice: take the test in different moods and compare. If the types differ noticeably, your reactions depend heavily on circumstances, which is also a useful observation about yourself. 🧭
Who it is for
People who like self-knowledge tests, couples who want to talk about their characters, and anyone at the start of a relationship. It is a good reason to spend an evening talking rather than staring at screens.
