Zayafka qabul qiluvchi Join Request Bot

bot • Channel Management

About this App

Hundreds of join requests are piling up in your channel and approving them by hand is a chore. Zayafka qabul qiluvchi (Uzbek for "request receiver") is a bot built to take that job over. 👮

The bot speaks Uzbek and works with channels and groups where people join by request instead of entering straight away.

How join requests work in Telegram

When you create an invite link that needs approval, a person taps "Request to join" and an admin decides whether to let them in. For private and paid communities this is a handy filter.

The downside: when new people arrive in numbers, the queue grows and manual review becomes a daily routine.

What the bot offers

The bot's own description lists four features:

  • Request approval. It confirms join requests for channels and groups.
  • Old requests. According to its author, even requests that have been pending for a long time can be approved or declined.
  • Messaging. People who sent a join request to a channel can receive an advertising message.
  • Alerts and stats. You get notified about new members and see overall statistics of people who joined.

Setup in three steps

The key condition: the bot must be an administrator of your channel. Without admin rights it cannot see the requests.

  1. Press /start and pick the interface language if offered.
  2. Add the bot to your channel or group as an admin with the right to invite or accept members.
  3. Turn on request approval in the invite link and choose the action inside the bot.

Why there is no "accept everyone" button for bots

The regular Bot API handles join requests one user at a time, while bulk operations are available to user accounts. That is why clearing a large queue can take a while, and rushing it does not help.

If the queue is huge, be patient and check the result in the channel's own request list.

Messaging applicants: handle with care

Writing to people who applied is tempting for promotion. But spam annoys people and triggers reports, and reports lead Telegram to limit accounts and bots.

Send a short welcome or useful information about the channel, not ten ads in a row. That protects both your reputation and your subscriber count.

Check before you commit

This is a small bot with around fifty monthly active users, so reviews are scarce. Give it minimal rights and review your admin list from time to time.

Do not grant permission to delete messages or appoint admins unless the bot demands it. Accepting requests does not need those. 🔒

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect Zayafka qabul qiluvchi to my channel?▼
Press /start, then add the bot to your channel or group as an administrator. Without admin rights it will not receive join requests, so check that first.
Can it approve requests that have been waiting for a long time?▼
The bot's description says it can approve and cancel old requests too. A big queue is not processed instantly, so give it time and compare with the request list in your channel.
Is the bot paid?▼
Nothing in its description mentions paid plans, and it starts with /start. If a payment option appears inside, read the terms before you confirm.
Is it safe to give the bot admin rights?▼
Grant only what is needed: accepting members and seeing requests. Turn off the rest, such as deleting messages and adding admins, and review your channel's admin list now and then.
