Lusine AI: AI in Armenian

Most AI chats think in English and answer in Armenian with caveats. Lusine AI (the Armenian name is Լուսինե) presents itself as the first AI that speaks Armenian. The assistant lives in Telegram, and you write to it like any other contact. 🇦🇲

One bot, several characters

In its greeting the bot says it has different ready-made types. Pick a type and you get a different conversation partner that serves different goals. You can change the persona at any time with /persona.

Language and type can be set at launch through /start, and the language can be changed later with /language. 🎭

Voice replies with /v

Sometimes reading is awkward, especially on the move. The /v command asks for the answer as a voice message. It helps when you want to hear how a phrase sounds or your hands are busy.

For language learners it is also a way to hear pronunciation. Do not treat it as a gold standard though: check with live speakers.

Privacy and the /clear command

The developers state that communication with the bot is strictly confidential and the chat is visible only to you. Even so, never send passwords, card numbers or documents to any chatbot.

The bot keeps conversation memory to answer in context. If you want a clean start, /clear wipes Lusine's memory. 🧹

Lusine in a group chat

You can add the bot to group chats with /add_to_chat. In groups the /summary command shows group chat statistics.

There is one more option. In chats where the bot is not a member, you can call it by writing its username in a message. The /guest command explains how exactly. 👥

If something breaks or you have an idea, /ticket sends a complaint or suggestion to the developers. 📨

Getting better answers from an Armenian-speaking AI

• Be specific. One question per message works better than three at once.
• Check facts. Verify dates, names and figures against reliable sources.
• Try different personas. The same question in different personas gives a different style of answer.

If you need help with Armenian text, ask the bot to rewrite a paragraph simpler or more formal and compare the versions.
