It is the bot of the GeekLink project, a network of 42 specialized Telegram channels with IT vacancies. You can submit an ad right in the chat, without signing up on a website.

An ad in four steps

1. Start the bot and press Start.
2. Fill in a simple form: vacancy or resume.
3. Choose the channels for placement. Several at once is fine.
4. Pay for the post with Telegram Stars.

After that the ad goes to moderation.

What a channel slot costs

• 100 Stars. General channels and level channels: Junior, Middle, Senior.
• 300 Stars. Niche channels: Java, DevOps, design and others.

The price depends on the channel, so the total grows with every direction you add. On a tight budget, begin with one or two channels where your audience certainly hangs out.

Moderation and posting hours

Review takes up to 24 hours. Posts go out every day from 09:00 to 20:00 Moscow time, so nothing appears in the feed overnight.

If a request fails moderation, the Stars return to your balance automatically. The money is not lost, and you can fix the ad and send it again ✅

Smart channel picking

The bot now has a feature where an AI reads your ad and ticks suitable channels itself. If you disagree with the choice, you can change the marks by hand.

The hint helps people who cannot tell a Python channel from a Django one or a Backend one. Still, check the result yourself: every extra channel is extra Stars.

Writing an ad people answer

• Stack in the first line. Developers decide by technologies, not by fancy wording.
• Salary range. Ads with numbers draw more attention.
• Work format. Remote, office or hybrid, and the time zone.
• One contact. Say where to write, without long forms.

In a resume add years of experience, main technologies and a link to a portfolio or repository 👨‍💻

Which format fits whom

For an employer a vacancy in a niche channel is handier: the audience is already filtered by stack. For a candidate a resume in a channel of their own level pays off, since companies hunting specifically for Junior, Middle or Senior see it there.

What it does well and what it cannot promise

The upside is clear: channel audiences already care about IT, and posting needs no account on a separate platform. You pay only for the publication.

Replies are not guaranteed. A paid post buys reach, and whether people respond depends on the terms and the text. Before paying, make sure the ad follows the rules, or moderation will reject it.
