Before confirming, check the address, apartment number and phone. Those details are the most common cause of delays.

The chain takes orders in several ways: through the bot, mobile apps, the website and by phone. The bot is handy because everything stays inside the messenger where you already spend time.

If you already live in Telegram, there is no need to install another app. And if you need a live operator, the phone number on the chain's website is still there.
