Ravana: a new face in a couple of messages

Want to drop a friend into a scene from your favorite movie, or put your own face on a meme hero? FaceSwap by Ravana swaps faces in photos and videos right inside a Telegram chat, with no editing software or skills required. 🎭

The flow is simple: send a source face, then the photo or video it should go into, pick a quality level and get the result. All processing happens on the service's servers, so your phone does no heavy lifting.

From idea to meme in four steps

1. Open the menu with /menu or jump straight to /faceswap.
2. Send a clear photo of the face you want to use.
3. Add the target photo or video where the face should change.
4. Choose a mode and wait for the finished file.

Photos come back almost instantly once processing starts. Video takes roughly as long as the clip itself, plus any queue at busy times. Paid jobs get priority in the queue. ⚡

Group shots and multi-face swaps

For group photos there is /multiface. You upload the target first, the bot finds every face, you mark which ones to replace and send a source face for each.

That way you can turn a whole group of friends into the cast of one scene, or swap two people's faces in a wedding photo for a laugh.

Standard or enhanced?

• Standard. The fast mode for everyday memes and test runs.
• Enhanced. A cleaner, more polished result that costs twice the credits.

Tip: run a draft in Standard first. If the source images work and you like the look, then render the final version in Enhanced. 💡

Credits, Stars and limits

New users get 2 free photo credits and 2 free video credits. After that you buy credit packs through /payment, paid in Telegram Stars.

• Video pricing. At least 1 credit per clip, plus 1 per started minute: up to 60 seconds is 1 credit, up to 120 seconds is 2.
• File size. Telegram caps bot uploads at 20 MB, and there is no separate length limit.
• Referrals. Each friend who joins through your link earns you a photo credit and a video credit.
• Balance. /limits shows your remaining credits, and /recurring manages repeat purchases.

Stars bought through Telegram's official bot can be cheaper than in-app purchases on iOS or Android. Buying Stars does not add credits by itself, though. You still pick a pack in the payment section.

Consent comes first

According to the developers, uploads are used only to create your swap, removed from processing servers after delivery and never used for model training. Finished files are labeled as AI-generated.

Use your own face, or friends' faces with their permission, and only footage you have the right to edit. Non-consensual deepfakes of real people, intimate ones above all, are a crime in many countries. ⚠️

If the bot asks you to move to an updated version, that is expected: the Ravana project is moving users to a newer bot with the same features.
