EveryPost: Channel Posting Bot

Bot • Auto-posting

About this App

A channel runs on a schedule: a morning post, a midday roundup, an evening headline. Being at your phone at the exact minute is a chore, and with several channels it gets unrealistic. EveryPost handles the routine of publishing and lives inside Telegram. 🗓️

The service launched in 2026 and is aimed at channel owners and administrators. Everything runs through the bot's menu and a set of commands.

From draft to published post

The /newpost command starts a new post. You can attach photos and video, keep the result as a draft, or queue it for later.

Finished material is sorted into sections, so you do not hunt through one long feed.

  • Drafts (/drafts): posts still being polished.
  • Scheduled (/scheduled): posts waiting for their time slot.
  • Published (/published): live posts and auto-delete.
  • Journal (/journal): a history of publications.

One post, several channels

If you run more than one channel, multiposting (/multipost) sends one piece of content to the channels you pick. The /crosspost command covers cross-posting and its rules.

Channels can be grouped into folders (/folders), so you do not choose them one by one each time. For bulk work there is mass upload (/upload): load a batch of posts in advance and leave them for weeks.

Reader submissions

Audiences send in news, photos, and ideas all the time. The /inbox section collects what users propose, and the admin decides what goes live. Submissions stop drowning in private messages. 📥

Another section, /content, deals with content sources and curated selections, where you can set up where material for the channel comes from.

Connecting a channel

  1. Open the bot and send /start or /menu.
  2. Run /addchannel and follow the prompts.
  3. Add the bot as a channel administrator with permission to publish.
  4. Confirm the result in /channels.

The bot checks that you own the channel and that it has publishing rights. Each customer's data is kept separate, so other people's settings and posts stay out of reach.

Stats and housekeeping

The /analytics command shows statistics for published posts, and /reports covers multiposting results. Use /search to find a post by its text, and /events to follow what happens in your channels. 📊

Subscription and plan details sit under /subscription, payment terms under /terms, and /paysupport helps with billing questions. Read the terms before paying, and check current prices and plan limits inside the bot.

Points to keep in mind

A scheduler saves time but does not replace an editor. Review the text and attachments before queuing, especially when sending one post to several channels, because a mistake is copied everywhere at once. ⚠️

Give the bot only the rights it needs to publish. Extra admin permissions add risk if access to your account ever lands in someone else's hands.

Channel growth rests on consistency. A schedule keeps you present on weekends and vacations, but readers stay for what the posts say, not how often they appear.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can EveryPost do?▼
The bot creates and schedules posts, works with photos and video, sends one post to several channels (multiposting), and collects news proposed by users in a submissions section. It also offers drafts, a publication journal, post search, and statistics.
How do I connect my channel?▼
Run the /addchannel command and follow the prompts. The bot must be an administrator of the channel with permission to publish, and you must be the owner. After the check, the channel appears in your /channels list.
How much does it cost?▼
The bot has a subscription and plans section (/subscription) and a payment terms page (/terms). Check exact prices and limits there, since they are shown inside the bot before you pay. For billing questions, use /paysupport.
Can I publish to several channels at once?▼
Yes. Multiposting (/multipost) and cross-posting with rules (/crosspost) are built for that. Channels can be grouped into folders, and reports are generated after sending. Reread the post first, because it goes to every channel you selected.
