FlowClick: AI bot for ad accounts

An ad budget leaks quietly: a click on a doubtful placement, a balance that runs out on Friday evening, a campaign someone forgot. FlowClick (formerly AISMARTBOTS) keeps an eye on all that and writes to a Telegram chat.

The bot connects to your Direct ad account and sends statistics, warnings and reports to the place where you spend the day anyway.

Linking an account through a project group

The scheme is unusual but clear: a project lives in its own Telegram group. A separate group per project works best.

1. Create a group and add the bot to it.
2. Run the /get_token command.
3. Sign in to the search engine's ad account.
4. Name the project and choose whether figures include VAT.

Alerts and reports arrive in the project chat, so colleagues see them as you do. Access is configured with /team_access 👥.

RSYA antifraud: points for suspicious placements

The most distinctive part is the ad network filter. It reviews placements over 30, 60 or 90 days and blocks poor ones.

• Risk points. A placement earns them for bounces, cost per click, CTR and visit depth. At five points it is blocked.
• Custom rules. Add a text fragment or a regular expression worth 1 to 5 points.
• Whitelist. Up to 500 placements, plus protection for those that bring conversions.

Checks are scheduled and run no more than once a day. Only active unified performance campaigns are supported. Settings sit under /antifraud_settings, and the history for last or current week can be exported to a spreadsheet.

Balance, forecast and the weekly digest

Statistics commands cover the usual periods: /today, /yesterday, /last_7_days, /this_month, /last_month and more.

• /balance shows what is left. A warning arrives when it drops below a threshold from 1,000 to 10,000 roubles, or your own value.
• /cost_forecast builds a spend forecast.
• A planned budget can be set for one month or as a monthly amount (not available on Free).

A weekly report lands every Monday at 10:00 Moscow time 📈.

AI monitoring and the dashboard

The /risk_control command opens the dashboard and risk control, which the developers say takes 15 minutes to build. AI analyses the account and sends recommendations on the days you choose.

AI usage is counted in special units. Reports can be pushed to spreadsheets with /gs_connect.

Plans and where to begin

There are three plans: Free, Start and Premium. The project page lists no prices, but /subscription shows them.

Start with the free level on one campaign, set a balance threshold and see how useful the alerts are. Mailings are switched on with /subscribe and off with /unsubscribe. Questions go through /support.
