About this App
Work meetings live in one calendar, personal plans in another, and reminders arrive from who knows where. Telegosekretar pulls events from Google Calendar and Exchange into one place and shows them right inside Telegram. 📅
Why jump between apps when your schedule can open in the chat where you spend the day anyway?
One schedule instead of two
A familiar mess: the corporate mailbox follows its own rules, the personal calendar follows others, and you end up booking two things at the same hour.
Telegosekretar imports events from both sources and merges them. You can view, create, edit and delete meetings and tasks without leaving the chat.
What the bot does
- Merged calendar. Events from Google Calendar and Exchange in a single list.
- Event creation. The /new command starts a new meeting or task.
- Editing and deleting. Move a meeting or cancel it without opening a mail client.
- Video conferences. The service helps plan video calls together with the event.
- App entry. The /telegosekretar command opens the main interface of the service.
Two commands are enough
The menu is short. /telegosekretar leads to the app with the shared calendar, and /new is for the moment you need to jot down a meeting fast.
At first you connect your calendars once. After that it feels like a normal chat: open, look, add.
Getting organized in one evening
- Start the bot. Press /start and open the app with /telegosekretar.
- Connect your calendars. Sign in to the accounts whose events you want in the shared list.
- Check the import. Compare a few upcoming meetings with the original calendar.
- Create a test event. Add a meeting through /new and confirm it appears where it should.
- Build the habit. Open the schedule in the morning and in the evening until it becomes routine.
What to know about calendar access
Any service that reads your calendar sees meeting titles, attendees and sometimes call links. That is personal and work data, so connect only the accounts you genuinely need.
- Permissions. Look at what the service asks for at sign-in: read-only, or editing as well.
- Corporate mail. If Exchange comes from your employer, ask the IT department whether company policy allows third-party services.
- Private events. Calendars often hide the details of private meetings when syncing, but verify that in practice.
- Revoking access. If you stop using the service, disconnect it in your account's security settings.
Who gains the most
People whose work and personal calendars live apart. Managers with a day booked minute by minute. Freelancers serving several clients, each with a separate mailbox. 🗓
If you use a single calendar and are happy with it, the gain is smaller. With two or more sources, one combined view cuts the risk of double bookings sharply.
Never miss a meeting again
A calendar helps only when you actually look at it. Make it a habit: skim the day in the morning, prepare tomorrow in the evening.
Put the call name, a link and a note about the goal into the event. A week later you will be glad you did. ⏰
