About this App
You love ramen and keep going back to the same noodle shop, but you pay full price every time when you could be collecting bonuses. The bot of the Tokyo Ramen chain exists for that: through it you sign up for the loyalty program and get a virtual card.
The bot describes itself as a guide to using bonuses well, saving them up and paying for orders with them. Here is how it works under the program rules. 🍜
A card without plastic
Sign-up happens in the bot chat. You fill in a form: name, gender, date of birth, mobile number and email. A surname is optional.
The virtual card starts working once you add it to the mobile wallet on your phone. To pay with bonuses you show the card barcode at the till, so there is no plastic to carry.
Four samurai levels
The cashback rate depends on how many orders you have made. The levels have vivid Japanese names:
- Copper Samurai. 3% cashback, the starting level after registration.
- Silver Samurai. 5% after 5 orders.
- Gold Samurai. 7% after 10 orders.
- Platinum Samurai. 10% after 35 orders.
Bonuses start piling up from your first order after registration. One bonus equals one ruble of discount, and points cannot be exchanged for cash.
How much you can spend at once
You can pay up to 20% of the purchase value with bonuses. The rest you pay as usual, in cash or by card.
Points arrive within 12 hours after an order. They are earned only on the part of the bill you paid with money, not with bonuses. It makes sense, yet many people notice this detail only after the purchase. 💡
Where bonuses do not apply
The rules have exceptions, and it is better to know them in advance. No points are earned on gift certificates and cards, on purchases with a promo code, on combo sets, on alcohol or on orders made through delivery aggregators.
Points cannot be spent on combo sets, promotions and special offers, on selected menu items or on aggregator deliveries. They also cannot be combined with a gift card in the same purchase.
How long points live
- 90 days. If you buy nothing in that time, your points expire.
- Returns. If you return a dish paid for with points, the points are not refunded.
- Many operations a day. The card can be temporarily blocked after three or more accruals in one day.
The organizer may change or end the program, in which case the remaining points are cancelled. So there is no point in hoarding bonuses for months. Spending them as they appear is simpler. ⏳
Signing up, step by step
- Open the bot and press Start.
- Fill in the form with the required fields.
- Receive the virtual card and add it to your mobile wallet.
- Show the barcode at the till to earn or spend points.
- Check your balance by refreshing the card in the wallet (once a day).
Current and former employees of the chain and its partners cannot take part in the program. 📱
A word on personal data
The form includes your phone number and email, and your date of birth is used for birthday bonus points. Enter your data only inside the chain's own bot, and never send it in private messages to strangers who offer you bonuses. 🔒
