About this App
Buying a flat, picking up a used car, or about to sign a contract with a company you have never heard of? Check the object before you hand over money. RosDocs puts three kinds of checks into one Telegram mini app: real estate, vehicles, and legal entities.
The service works from open data. It states that search, collection and processing of information stay within Russian law and that no personal data is involved.
Three objects, three kinds of risk
- Real estate. Checks for arrests, restrictions and encumbrances, the usual reasons a purchase collapses or ends up in court later.
- Vehicles. A look at a car before you buy it, so the history does not surprise you after the handshake.
- Companies. Company data by tax ID: registered name, registration number, and on company pages there can be sections on public procurement, inspections, tenders and court cases.
Why a mini app and not a website
It opens inside a chat. No hunting for a site, no sign-up form, no copying numbers between tabs. Tap /start, enter what you want to check, read the result.
The bot also has a developer_info command that shows details about the developer. Handy when you want to know who runs a service before typing anything into it.
Free parts and paid parts
According to the service, information about homeowner associations, management companies and developers is free. Pricing and report contents for other checks are shown inside the app, so read them before paying. We do not promise any specific rates.
The site also rewards detailed reviews of properties, vehicles and legal services with bonuses. Reviews can give you a feel for a place or a seller, but they are opinions, not documents.
A short checklist so you do not get burned
- Start with exact input. A tax ID or a full address avoids mix-ups with similarly named firms.
- Cross-check official registers. An aggregator is good for a first look. For a serious deal, get an official extract.
- Mind the date. An arrest may have been lifted yesterday while the database updates later.
- Do not pay blind. If a report costs money, see what is in it first.
What a check can and cannot tell you
An open-data check does not replace a lawyer or a notary. It raises red flags: debts, disputes, restrictions. A clean result is not a guarantee of a clean deal.
This is a small service and the mini app has few users so far, so keep an eye on how it develops and write to support if something looks off. Support is advertised as round the clock.
For a business, vetting a counterparty takes minutes and can save months of arguments. For a private buyer the rule is the same: check first, pay a deposit second. 🏠🚗🏢
