About this App
A thought hits you on the road, a number needs jotting down on the go, and your notebook is at home. 📝 My Notes turns a chat with a bot into a pocket notebook: you type or speak, and the note is saved.
You open Telegram a hundred times a day anyway, so there is no need to switch to a separate notes app. Send a message and you are done.
Text and voice, whichever suits you
The bot stores two kinds of entries:
- Text notes. Shopping lists, addresses, ideas, post drafts.
- Voice notes. When typing is awkward, say the thought aloud and it is saved as it is.
There is one command, /start. It restarts the bot if something goes wrong. Everything else is done with ordinary messages. 🎙️
The main trick: notes in any chat
A regular notebook bot is awkward because you must return to its dialog to fetch an entry. This one works differently: notes are reachable through inline mode.
In any chat you type the bot's name and instantly see your entries. Pick the one you need and it drops into the conversation. No copying text from one window to another.
How to use it
- Open the bot and press /start.
- Send a text or voice message. It is saved as a note.
- In any other chat, type the bot's name to bring up the list of entries.
- Choose the note you need and send it to the person you are talking to.
The bot supports Russian, English and Uzbek, and directory listings also mention reminders. ⏰
What to keep in such notes
- Reply templates. If you keep typing the same thing to clients, save the ready text and call it up in a second.
- Details and addresses. Handy when people keep asking for them.
- Ideas. A thought in a voice note will not vanish while you walk.
- Lists. Groceries, errands, items for a trip.
That way you stop searching old conversations for the same data.
What to remember about privacy
Notes are stored on the bot's side, not only on your phone. So do not write passwords, SMS codes, bank card data or passport details in them. Password managers exist for such things.
If the bot stops working or is closed, some entries may become unreachable. Duplicate what matters in your own app or at least in Telegram's Saved Messages. 🔐
Keeping things tidy
When notes pile up, finding one gets harder. Begin each entry with a short label word, such as "address" or "client", and search by it. Delete outdated items once a month.
Voice notes are quick to record but harder to search than text. After recording an important idea, add a short written version.
