Calendar: one schedule for the whole chat

The work chat agreed on a call, the family chat on grandma's birthday, the sports chat on a rescheduled practice. A week later nobody can find the message with the date. Calendar gathers a group's events into one shared calendar right inside Telegram. 📅

It is built by an independent developer with open source code in a public repository. In October 2023 it was entered in Telegram's own Mini App contest.

Up and running in two minutes

1. Add Calendar to the group or channel where you want to track events.
2. Send /pin. The bot posts an entry message for the calendar, which you can pin at the top of the chat.
3. Tap the pinned message to open the Mini App with this group's calendar.
4. Add your first event with a title, date and time.

From now on anyone in the chat sees the schedule in one tap, no scrolling through history.

Your phone knows too

The big win is that Calendar connects to the native calendars on Android and iPhone. Group events can show up in your phone's calendar next to personal plans, with the reminders you already rely on.

That fixes the classic group chat gap: the date was discussed in Telegram, but a reminder only existed if someone copied it over by hand. Here nobody has to. 🔔
