Concierge: Telegram Channel Automation

Mini App • Channel Management

About this App

You pay for ads, subscribers pour in, and half of them turn out to be bot accounts. Even the real ones are hard to reach later, because the only thing you own is a channel feed. Concierge is built to fix that for channel admins. 🚪

It sits between the "Subscribe" button and your channel, checks each newcomer and collects the real people into your own bot.

The gate at the door

You switch on join requests in your channel, and Concierge handles them. A person solves a captcha, gets a welcome message, and only then lands in the channel.

Fake and inflated accounts mostly fail at the captcha. Real subscribers end up in your bot's user base, so you can message them directly instead of hoping the channel feed reaches them.

A funnel instead of one "hello"

The welcome can be a chain of messages: a short intro, a useful post, an offer, or a redirect to another project. Each step is set up in the management section.

This matters when you buy traffic. A subscriber comes from a specific link, and you decide in advance what they see first.

Mailings you can plan

  • Mailings to your base. Messages go to everyone who passed the captcha and joined the bot. Multi-mailing is supported.
  • Content plan. Schedule posts and mailings ahead instead of sitting by your phone at the right minute.
  • Farewell messages. When someone leaves, they can get a last message from you.

A subscriber base inside a bot is insurance. If the channel gets banned or you lose access, the audience does not vanish with it. 📬

Numbers that show where traffic came from

The service tracks join requests, unsubscribes (for the whole channel and per link), audience gender and other metrics. That shows which ad purchase brought real people and which one brought junk.

Detailed reports and data export belong to the top plan. The free plan covers basic functions.

One tool, one channel or hundreds

With a single channel, setup takes a few minutes. With many, you can clone settings between channels and manage them all from one place.

Other tools include auto-approval of join requests with filters, extra admins, channel folders, bot cleanup and a media buyer role for people who purchase ads on your behalf.

Connecting in four steps

  1. Create your own bot with Telegram's official BotFather.
  2. Give that bot's token to Concierge.
  3. Make your bot an admin of the channel.
  4. Set up greetings, captcha and funnels in the management section.

The service's site mentions a 14-day Premium trial for new channels. Channels already connected to a similar service can be migrated, and the developers have a guide for it. 🔧

Pricing and what to check first

Pricing is per connected channel. The site lists three levels: a free one with the basic set and a slower bot, Economy at 199 rubles a month, and Premium at 399 rubles a month. Prices change, so check the current numbers in the service.

On the lower plans the service may show ads in your bots. The bot's own description says the developers run no third-party ads, so clarify the terms before you connect anything.

Keep basic caution in mind too: you hand the service your bot token and admin rights. Grant only the permissions that are needed and never share the token with anyone else.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Concierge cost?▼
Pricing is per connected channel. The service's site lists a free plan, Economy at 199 rubles a month and Premium at 399 rubles a month, with discounts for paying several months ahead. New channels are offered a 14-day Premium trial. Always check current prices inside the service.
How do I connect a channel to Concierge?▼
Create your own bot with BotFather, give its token to Concierge, make that bot an admin of your channel, and configure greetings, captcha and funnels in the management section. For the captcha and auto-approval to work, the channel needs join requests turned on.
Is it safe to give a bot token to a service?▼
A token gives full control of the bot, so treat it like a password. Create a separate bot just for the channel, give it only the admin rights it needs and never post the token anywhere. If you have doubts, you can reissue the token in BotFather and the old one stops working.
Does Concierge help against fake subscribers?▼
The join captcha filters out a large share of automated accounts, and the top plan includes cleanup of bot accounts that already got into the channel. It is not complete protection, but it cuts the junk and makes your ad statistics more honest.
