BTS Express Cargo: delivery bot

If you came looking for a Korean music group, wrong turn: this is a courier company's bot. BTS Express Cargo Service handles freight and parcel delivery in Uzbekistan, and in Telegram it has a helper for customers. 📦

The bot gathers what a sender or recipient needs most: parcel search, the nearest branch, payment history, and even a job application.

Where is my parcel

For most people the main feature is tracking. The barcode search command shows where the cargo is right now. The barcode is usually printed on the receipt or waybill, and sometimes arrives in a message from the company.

1. Open the bot and press /start.
2. Choose barcode search (the trackingbarcode command).
3. Enter the number from the receipt or scan it.
4. Read the parcel's current status.

If the status does not change for several days, better call the company's support: contacts are in its official channel.

The confirmation code: who to tell

An order confirmation code lets a courier or pickup point verify that the right person is receiving the parcel. Show it only at pickup, to a company employee.

Do not read the code over the phone or in chats to "managers" who called you first. That is a common scam. 🔐

The nearest branch

The branch search command saves time when you need to drop off or pick up cargo. Open it to see the closest point, and check opening hours before traveling so you do not go in vain.

For large or fragile cargo, ask in advance about packing rules, size, and content restrictions.

Payment history and proof of payment

The payments section shows the history of what you paid. It helps when you need to prove a payment or check an amount.

Keep receipts until the parcel arrives. In a dispute they often settle the matter. 🧾

The /apply command opens a job application. If you want to work for a courier service, send the application through the bot and watch for a reply. Give honest details about yourself, but no more than needed: a passport number is not necessary in a chat.

Tips for senders

Before sending, photograph the contents and the packaging. If the parcel gets damaged, the photos become an argument in a dispute.

Ask the company which items cannot be shipped and what to put in the waybill. Rules for cargo depend on the destination.

Enter the recipient's phone without mistakes: the courier will use it to reach them. 📞

How to avoid a fake

The name BTS is used in many fields, and lookalike bots are common. Open the bot from the catalog card or the company's official channel. Never share bank card details or Telegram codes. Pay for delivery only to details confirmed by the company.
