Auto Emoji Maker: Your Own Emoji

Stock emoji get old, and you want your own: a channel logo, a pet's face, an in-joke from a chat. Auto Emoji Maker lets you create fully customizable animated emoji in a few clicks and runs as a mini app in Telegram. ⭐

The bot has one command: /start opens the main menu. The project has its own channel, and the app lists an owner to contact.

Why bother with custom emoji

Custom emoji sit inside message text and look like part of the font. Channels use them for branded accents in posts, chats for inside jokes, authors for recognizability.

An animated emoji draws the eye better than a still image: a few frames of motion and the line catches attention. ✨

Telegram's technical limits

Not every animation will pass. Telegram accepts video emoji and vector animations, and each format has its own bounds.

• WEBM (VP9): 100 by 100 pixels, up to 3 seconds, up to 30 frames per second, no audio, 256 KB or less.
• TGS: vector animation at 512 by 512, up to 3 seconds, up to 60 frames per second, 64 KB or less.

A maker bot saves you from fitting files to these bounds by hand.

Building a set without pain

1. Open the bot and press /start.
2. Choose what you will build the emoji from.
3. Adjust the look and the animation.
4. Check the result at small size, since that is how it appears in text.
5. Add the finished emoji to your set.

What makes an emoji work

• Simple shape: details vanish at text-line size.
• Strong contrast: reads well on light and dark themes.
• Short animation: two to three seconds in a loop.

Test on both themes. An emoji that pops on white can melt into a dark background. 🌗

Rights and manners

Do not use someone else's logos or characters without permission. Avoid emoji that insult people or break Telegram's rules. In shared chats, remember everyone sees your emoji, so think about how it looks.

Stick to your own drawings, your own photos and material you have rights to. 🎨

Good to know up front

The bot is small, with about 1,300 monthly users. If something fails, message the owner or check the project channel, where news appears.

Telegram's custom emoji rules can change, so confirm current requirements before uploading a set.
