Sub&Invite Contest Bot

Mini App • Contests & Giveaways

About this App

Your channel grows slowly and subscribers rarely bring their friends. A contest with a prize fixes that, but counting by hand who invited whom is miserable. Sub&Invite does the counting: you set the rules, the bot tracks participants and shows who leads 🎁

The bot's motto is short: subscribe, invite friends, win. About 26 thousand people use it each month, and it has thousands of launches in the mini app directory.

What a contest looks like from inside

Each participant gets a personal invite link. Every person who joins through it adds points. You can attach extra tasks too: follow a second channel, leave a reaction, or anything else you decide. The most active people win.

The mechanic is clear at first glance, so you rarely have to explain it to subscribers.

Four commands cover everything

  • /start tells you about the bot.
  • /new creates a new contest.
  • /last lists your contests, including past ones.
  • /switch_lang changes the interface between Russian and English.

The bot works in two languages, and the project keeps separate channels for Russian and English audiences. A support email is listed for contacting the author.

A giveaway in five steps

  1. Add the bot to the channel or group where the contest will run and grant the admin rights it asks for.
  2. Send /new and answer the setup questions: title, prize, deadline.
  3. Pick the conditions: invites only, or invites plus tasks.
  4. Publish the post with the participation button in your channel.
  5. On results day, check the leaderboard and announce the winners.

Prepare this before you press the button

The prize matters more than the mechanic. If the reward does not interest your audience, only a handful will invite anyone. Pick something your own subscribers want and write the rules right in the post.

  • Duration. A week gives time to build momentum without wearing people out.
  • Number of prizes. Several places motivate more than one grand prize.
  • Rules. Spell out what counts as an invite and how you remove cheating.

Cheating and fairness

Every invite contest attracts fake accounts. Look at who joined through a link: if empty profiles arrived and left the next day, those points should be removed. Announce in advance that people who unsubscribe do not count.

You must hand over the prize, or the channel loses trust 🙂 Telegram's rules and your country's law apply to giveaways too, especially when prizes involve money.

Bot permissions and your safety

To work in a channel the bot needs admin rights. Grant the minimum: what is needed to check subscriptions and links. Do not give rights to delete other people's messages or to change ownership. After the contest, review the admin list and remove anything you no longer need.
