Looking for a job in a bakery usually means phone calls, interviews and explaining the same things in different places. The Work at Safia bot cuts out some of that running around: press START, fill out the form, and your application goes to the company.

The bot was made for hiring at the Safia confectionery house, and its greeting is written in two languages, Russian and Uzbek. It has about 20 thousand users. 🍰

One button instead of calls

The idea is simple. You press START, the bot asks questions in order, and you answer in the chat. Once you finish, the form reaches the people who handle hiring.

It is easier for the company to collect applications this way, and you do not have to hunt for contacts or wait for someone to pick up. You can answer at any time, even in the evening after a shift.

Commands in the chat

• /start. Starts the form from the beginning.
• /restart. Restarts the bot if you need to answer again or made a mistake.
• /login. A sign-in command listed in the bot menu.

If you get lost halfway through the form, relax: a restart begins everything again and nothing breaks.

What to prepare first

Job forms often ask the same things. Gather the details in advance so you are not distracted by searching:

1. Contacts. A working phone number where you can definitely be reached.
2. Experience. Where and as whom you worked, on which dates, and what you can do with your hands.
3. Schedule. The days and hours you can work.
4. Home district. It often decides which shop or workshop suits you.

Making your application stand out

Answer specifically and without filler. Instead of "I have experience", write what you actually did: mixed dough, worked a till, packed orders.

Check your phone number before sending. One wrong digit and nobody will call you back. Also note the time of day that suits you for calls. 📞

Staying safe while job hunting

A form in a messenger is convenient, but the data you enter goes to the employer. Fill in only what an application needs: name, contacts, experience.

• Never pay for a job. A fair employer does not ask for money in exchange for a position.
• Do not send passport photos or card details at the form stage. Documents are needed at hiring, not at the first application.
