About this App
Searching for IT jobs by hand means dozens of open tabs, channels and chats. Dream Offer does the gathering and sends a vacancy digest to Telegram every morning at 9:00 Moscow time.
There are three sources: Telegram channels, company websites and messages directly from HR. The bot is a mini app, so search settings are done in the chat itself.
A digest before your first coffee
The schedule is simple: once a day, at 9:00 Moscow time. You do not scroll a feed all day, you work through a ready list.
The only menu command is /start. The description says it also passes along a referral tag, so seeing it appear in the chat after entering via a link is not an error 🌅.
The web aggregator, for when a phone is not enough
The project also has a web version. It is a vacancy aggregator for IT and Digital with curated sources, refreshed daily and available in Russian, English and Spanish.
Filters on the site are detailed:
- Country and city, plus work format: remote, hybrid or office.
- Profession. About 25 categories: QA, analytics, development, DevOps, ML and AI, product and project management, HR, sales, marketing.
- Grade from intern to C-level, and employment type: full-time, part-time or project.
- English level from A1 to C2, and salary currency.
- Recency: today, yesterday or this week.
Keyword search with exclusions
You can search by keywords in an all-words or any-word mode and set an exclusion list. Case does not matter, and terms are separated by commas.
Exclusions help trim noise: for example, look for an analyst role but skip internships.
Is it free?
Basic search is free. The project asks for voluntary donations to cover infrastructure and sources and to speed up new features.
You do not need to pay to see vacancies. If someone asks you to pay for access to applications, check the project's terms.
Staying safe with feed-based job posts
The service relays posts exactly as published at the source and takes no responsibility for their content. Vetting the employer is up to you.
- Find the company on its official website.
- Never pay for "processing" or "training" before you are hired.
- Do not send document scans in a first message.
- Compare salary and terms with what the interview promised.
Support has its own help bot, and project news goes to its channel. Read the user agreement that the description points to before you start 💼.
Prepare a resume and a short cover note in advance so you can adapt them to a vacancy quickly.
