NEBOLIT Reception: Clinic Chat Bot

Your child runs a fever in the evening and the clinic line is busy or already closed. The NEBOLIT bot takes some stress out of moments like that. You write in the chat, and the message reaches the reception staff. 😀

This is the bot of the NEBOLIT children's medical center in Orenburg, Russia. The clinic also keeps a channel for news and announcements.

A chat is not a doctor

Reception arranges visits but does not diagnose. If a child has a high fever, trouble breathing, severe pain, or a rash with worsening condition, do not wait for a chat reply. Call emergency services.

Avoid sending extra details in the chat, such as passport numbers, card details, or SMS codes. None of that is needed to book a visit. ⚠️
