About this App
You buy ads in dozens of channels, then sit with a spreadsheet trying to work out who brought how many people and where a post slipped. Rekla combines autoposting and ad purchase tracking in one bot. Its profile calls it free. 📊
Two tools in one bot
The first is autoposting: a publishing schedule, mass planning and advertising reports. The second is a CRM for working with invite links: statistics tables, a creative storage and fast creation of ad purchases.
If you run one small channel, the first block will help. If you buy ads in other people's channels, you need the second.
Commands where it begins
The bot menu shows what you can do:
- /create_post: schedule a post for a chosen time.
- /calendar: see the publishing grid.
- /creative: add an ad creative to storage.
- /create_purchase: set up an ad purchase.
- /draft_start: switch on drafts mode, and switch it off with /draft_stop.
- /dashboard: open the web dashboard with statistics.
What an ad purchase is and why it needs a CRM
A purchase is buying an ad post in someone else's channel. You agree on terms, place your creative, and then count how many subscribers came through the invite link.
When purchases pile up, it is easy to lose track. Rekla builds a statistics table, keeps creatives in one place and sends reports about post publication. The stated speed for issuing a post is two seconds.
Saving money on ads
The main benefit of tracking is seeing which channels bring subscribers at a fair price and which do not. Compare cost per subscriber and rely on it rather than on the post's reach.
- Create a separate invite link for every purchase.
- Compare the number of joiners after a day and after a week.
- Note how many people stayed and how many left.
- Rebuy only where the cost per subscriber suits you.
A worked example
Suppose you paid the same amount for placements in two channels. In the first, one hundred people joined through your link, in the second twenty. The cost per subscriber is five times lower in the first case, so that is the purchase worth repeating.
Make it a habit to record the result of every placement. In a couple of months you will have a personal ranking of channels, and your decisions will be calmer and more precise. That beats any promise from an ad seller.
Labeling and the law
In Russia online advertising must be labeled, and missing labels can lead to fines. Check the requirements for your case and talk to a specialist if needed. A tracking service by itself does not remove that duty.
Watch out for inflated numbers
Not every channel is honest with its figures. Some reach may be inflated, and subscribers may join and leave at once. Link statistics help you notice it: if people joined and vanished two days later, do not repeat the purchase.
Do not hand payment details to third-party services without need, and double-check whom you give admin rights in your channel. 🙂
The project has a separate news channel and a support contact, both listed in the bot profile. Write there if something breaks or you need setup advice.
