About this App
Running several channels and copying every post by hand gets old fast. MultiForward does the repetitive part: a post goes live in one place and the bot sends it to every chat you picked.
It is built for admins of channels and groups who need forwarding, scheduled posting and promotion tools in one place. About 131 thousand people have used it, and roughly 4.8 thousand are active in a month. 🚀
One post, many destinations
You connect your channel to other channels or groups. Each new post is forwarded to every chat where you added it, right after publishing.
Sources can be plural too. The bot can collect content from several chats and push it to one or many targets.
What is inside the menu
- Multi-chat forwarding. From one source or several.
- Scheduling. A post goes out at the time you set.
- Repeats. Resend a message on a loop, handy for a promo notice.
- Filters. Stop certain content from moving on.
- Text and button replacement. Put your own caption and buttons in place of the originals.
- Auto-delete. A post disappears when its time is up.
Setup in five steps
- Open the bot and send /start to get the main menu.
- Add the bot to your channel or group with permission to post.
- Pick the source and the destinations.
- Turn on filters, text replacement or a schedule.
- Publish a test post and check what arrives.
If you get stuck, /support shows the support contacts.
Where a plain bot hits a wall
Telegram bots have limits. They cannot post in groups that ban bots, and they cannot edit or delete old messages after 48 hours. The developer added userbots to get around this.
A userbot acts as a real account. It can pull content from other chats, post where bots are not allowed, and use premium emoji. Connect your own account only on purpose, because you hand the service access to it.
Languages and plans
The interface comes in Italian, English, Spanish, French, Russian and Arabic. It also works in groups, not only channels.
The project has its own site with documentation and a pricing page describing the paid version. Check current prices and limits there before paying, since they change.
Rules worth keeping in mind
Forwarding someone else's content without permission breaks copyright and Telegram rules. Forward your own material, or content you have consent to reuse.
Give the bot only the rights it needs: permission to send messages is enough for publishing. Never share passwords or login codes with any bot, since Telegram does not ask for them.
Finally, build your chain on a test channel first. You will see how filters and text replacement behave before a mistake lands in ten chats at once.
