Ordinary chats show your name, picture and profile link. Sometimes that gets in the way of saying what you think. This bot works differently: one shared room where everyone writes under a nickname. 💼
It is an anonymous group chat in Russian. You do not look for a single partner as in a roulette; you join one general conversation where all participants write at once.
How it works
Tap /start and you enter the shared room. Whatever you write to the bot is forwarded to the other participants under your nickname. Your Telegram name is not shown to anyone.
You can leave with /stop. There is also a playful /harakiri, which "throws you out" of the chat.
Nicknames, private messages and the list
The main commands look like this:
- /nick changes your nickname.
- /list shows who is in the chat right now.
- /info gives information about a participant.
- /msg sends a private message to another participant, and /getmsg lets you receive private messages.
- /notify sets up notifications.
Before your first line, read /rules. They are short, and breaking them can end in removal.
Polls and jokes
You can liven the chat with a poll. The /poll command starts a vote, /ipoll creates an inline poll, /vote lets you vote and /polldone closes it. It works well for arguments such as "pineapple on pizza: yes or no". 🍍
For mood there is /hug to hug a participant and /slap to give a joking slap. Skip them when the person is not in the mood.
What is forbidden
The bot's description lists the bans: spam, flood, any advertising, politics, insults, NSFW files and other nasty stuff. These rules keep a decent atmosphere in the room. 🚫
If someone breaks them, report it through the feedback channel listed in the bot's profile. Anonymity is not a license to bully.
Anonymity and its limits
To other participants you hide behind a nickname. But the bot sees your account, so there is no absolute anonymity. Write nothing in the shared room that could lead people to you. 🔒
- Do not give your surname, city, school or workplace.
- Do not forward documents or photos that identify you.
- Do not follow links from other participants.
- Do not respond to requests to lend money or install an app.
Behaving in a big room
In a shared conversation messages come in a stream and a reply is easy to lose. When you answer a specific person, start with their nickname. That way you are understood and the talk does not fall apart into parallel monologues. 💬
Do not try to find out who hides behind a nickname. Anonymity works only when every participant respects it.
Who it suits
People who want easy talk in a big group without profiles, followers and likes. It also works for topics that feel awkward to discuss under your own name. Serious questions about health, law and money are better taken to specialists, not an anonymous room.
