mp3 tools bot: Convert to MP3

Someone sent you a video and you only want the sound. Or you have a voice message you would like to keep as a regular file. The mp3 tools bot turns mp4 video and voice messages into mp3, and does a few more things with finished tracks. 🎧

It is simple: send a file to the chat, get the result back. No software on your computer.

What you can send

• A music file in mp3. It can be tweaked and processed further.
• An mp4 video. The bot pulls out the audio track and returns it as a file.
• A voice message. It becomes a normal mp3 that is easy to store.

Each file type has its own handling. Once the upload is done, the available actions appear.

What it does with a track

According to bot directory listings, it edits song titles, adds cover art, trims segments, makes a bass-boosted remix and slows tracks down. There is also a reverse option: music can become a voice message. 🎚️

The interface is in English and Russian, and /lang switches the language.

Three commands

• /start opens the menu.
• /info shows help.
• /premium offers to remove ads.

Why trimming is handy

A trimmed clip makes a ringtone, a soundtrack for a story, or keeps only the one minute of a lecture you need. A good cut starts slightly before the key phrase and ends with a small margin, so the ending does not sound chopped.

1. Send the bot a track or video.
2. Choose an action: trim, slow down, rename.
3. Set the start and end of the fragment if the bot asks.
4. Take the file and save it where you need it.

Another scenario is lectures and podcasts. A video recording of a class is heavy, while its sound in mp3 takes several times less space. It is easy to listen on the road when you do not need the screen, and to load into a phone player. 🚇

Voice messages are worth saving too: agreements, long stories from relatives, ideas you dictated to yourself. Telegram keeps them in the chat, but an mp3 file can go to the cloud or your computer.

Quality, format and size

The mp3 format compresses sound with loss. Each new compression lowers quality a little, so do not push one track through many conversions. Start from the original, apply the action once and keep the result.

For recorded speech mp3 is plenty. For music you will play on good equipment, keep the uncompressed original. Telegram also limits file size, so very long videos may not go through.

What not to upload

Any file you send the bot lands on someone else's server. Do not send private voice notes, work recordings or anything you would not show strangers. ⚠️

Remember copyright too: remixes and clips of other people's songs are fine for personal use, but not for public sharing without permission.
