MegaDrive: PDF Converter

A photo of a receipt, a contract in Word, a spreadsheet and three chat messages that must go out as one file. Usually that means juggling browser converters and ad-heavy upload sites. MegaDrive does it inside Telegram: you send the material, run one command and receive a PDF. 📄

What turns into a PDF

• Photos. Pictures of documents, receipts and notebook pages.
• Text messages. Conversations or notes you want to keep as a file.
• Office files. DOCX, XLSX and PPTX.

You can send several different items in a row, and the bot merges them into one PDF. For an application or report, that beats assembling a document in three programs.

Three steps to a finished file

1. Start the bot with /start.
2. Send a photo, text or file to the chat. With several items, send them one by one.
3. Type /ready2conv and the bot assembles the PDF.

Changed your mind? /cancel stops the current conversion. And if the commands get confusing, /help lists them. 🛠️

A personal drive for the results

Every conversion lands in your personal drive. There you can sort files into folders and manage them in the mini app. The /login command takes care of signing in.

You can call up any file in any chat: type the bot's name in the message field and pick the document from the list. That helps when a client asks for a contract and you are replying from your phone.

The /switch command changes how you interact with the bot. For a one-off PDF the main mode is enough. For ongoing work with files, keeping order in the personal drive is more convenient.

The app connects to a file manager on the web, so your documents are reachable outside Telegram too. 🗂️

Getting a tidy PDF

• Shoot in good light. A shadow from your hand ruins the text.
• Hold the camera level. A skewed page is hard to read.
• Send pages in order. That is how they land in the document.
• Check the result. Open the PDF and flip through it before sending it on.

When a PDF beats the original file

A PDF looks the same on every device. A Word document can shift on another phone: tables move and fonts get replaced. A PDF avoids that, which is why schools, banks and tax offices ask for it.

Another plus: a PDF is harder to edit by accident. When you send an estimate or a resume, the recipient sees exactly what you prepared. 📎

Document privacy
