Lab results arrive as a PDF with dozens of values, and without medical training it is easy to get lost. Health Hero works as a personal AI health assistant: it reads documents, keeps them in one place and reminds you about medication. 🩺

What the assistant can do

The app interprets medical documents and shows how values change over time. That is more convenient than keeping a folder of screenshots and paper forms.

Advice tailored to you

According to the project's description, suggestions take into account chronic conditions, pregnancy, medication and other clinical data. The fuller your profile, the more precise the hints. ⚕️

There is nothing to install: everything opens inside Telegram through the app launch button.

Who is behind it

The project was created by a team of doctors, developers and scientists. The assistant is said to be trained on scientific studies, clinical cases and medical reports.

The bot has a /privacy command with its privacy policy. Read it before uploading documents. 🔐

Uploading lab results without confusion

1. Open the app. Press the launch button in the bot.
2. Fill in your profile. Add age, chronic conditions and medication you take.
3. Send a document. The photo should be sharp and the PDF complete.
4. Read the breakdown. Write down questions for your doctor and bring them to the visit.

What to expect from an AI assistant

The assistant helps you understand a document and prepare for an appointment. It does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. Medication decisions belong to your doctor.

If a value falls outside the range, there is no need to panic: norms depend on the laboratory, age and sex. Compare with the reference values printed on your form. 🧪

For acute symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing or severe weakness, do not wait for an answer in the app. Call emergency services.

About your health data

Medical data is among the most sensitive. Do not upload documents with extra information: a passport, an insurance policy and card numbers are not needed for lab results.

Before uploading, cover or crop your surname, address and other personal fields if the service does not need them. It lowers the risk of a leak.

Who the app is for

People who take tests regularly, are monitored for a chronic condition, are pregnant, or look after elderly parents. 👨‍👩‍👧

If you are healthy and test once a year, the benefit is smaller, but the pill organizer and document storage still come in handy.
