Most games ask you to sit still. Globula sends you outside: its map follows the real one, and the loot sits wherever you have to walk to reach it 🗺️ The Telegram bot is a quick way into that world.
It is a GameFi project, which means real gameplay plus a link to the TON blockchain. Here is how the game works, where the wallet comes in and what to know before you start.
A map that matches your street
The game reads your GPS and draws the real world: roads, blocks, even subway rail textures. You can switch between a flat 2D map and a 3D view, and there is a compass and a chat tied to location.
Movement is checked. If the app sees a speed that looks like a car, harvesting does not count, so driving around will not replace a walk. GPS has to be on for the game to work at all.
What you hunt
The creatures are called globulas. You find them on the map, fight them and collect loot of different rarity.
Since version 1.5.0 globulas fight back, and a player can lose a battle. It is no harmless berry picking: a fight has a cost, so gear matters.
Mining, energy and crafting
Besides hunting, there is real-time resource mining. Players gather temporal energy into batteries and collect resources called Hues, which go into crafting.
- Blueprints. You find them by scanning, then craft items from them.
- Tools and weapon mods. They improve combat and mining.
- Filters. They work with Hues and are part of the in-game economy.
- Shared pool. Hunting and mining feed one economy rather than a private counter.
Crafting arrived in version 1.4.3, and items have been central to the game since then.
Where the blockchain fits
You can connect a TON wallet. Game items can be minted to the blockchain as digital tokens and moved back, and an NFT from your wallet can be brought into the game.
Many items support this, including blueprints, batteries, tools and mods. Filters are left out. You can play and look around without taking that step.
Telegram, phones and project stage
The Telegram bot works as a pre-game: a fast way in, and since version 1.4.11 items can be transferred from the mini-app into the main game. The full game runs on Android (including a standalone install file) and on iPhone as a test build.
The project is in pre-alpha. Mechanics and balance change, bugs happen and some data may be reset. The team posts news and updates on its social accounts.
Keeping risk in proportion
When a game touches a wallet and NFTs, move carefully. Never type your seed phrase anywhere except the wallet itself, and ignore links that arrive in private messages.
- Check the address. Take links only from the project's official channels.
- Spend only what you can lose. The price of game items can fall to zero.
- Count your time. Playing outdoors takes hours of walking, and money may never repay them.
- Watch your surroundings. It is easy to miss a road or a car while looking at a phone.
