Anonymous Chat Bot: 1 on 1 Talks

Sometimes you want to talk to someone without handing over your name, photo or phone number. This bot pairs you with a random person in Telegram, and the two of you chat until one presses stop. 🗣

There is no sign-up form. You message the bot, it looks for a free partner, and a few seconds later you can say hello.

A stranger is one tap away

The /start command begins the search. When a pair is found, the bot forwards messages both ways while your profile stays hidden.

If the conversation goes nowhere, you do not have to say goodbye. One command and you are talking to somebody else.

Search with some control

The /search command opens matching settings. According to the bot's official channel, you can look for a partner by age or country. There are also gender buttons, "Найти ♀️" and "Найти ♂️", and the authors say this gender search is free and unlimited.

The narrower your filters, the longer the wait for a match can be. If the queue drags on, loosen your conditions.

Topics with their own rules

Conversations are split into topics, and each topic has its own set of rules. The 18+ flirting topic is open to adults only, and there is a separate topic for the LGBT community.

Pick the one that fits your mood. That way the person on the other end is more likely to expect the same kind of talk.

Karma, rankings and reports

Anonymity tends to bring out rudeness, so the bot introduced a karma system. Good behavior moves you up the lists, while breaking the rules can lead to a complaint.

The /top command shows chat rankings, including a top 10 of participants. You can report a partner during a dialog, but false reports are punishable, so keep that button for real problems.

Profile edits are limited to once a day, which means you cannot reinvent yourself every five minutes.

How to stay out of trouble

A random anonymous chat is a bit like a conversation in a waiting line. You may meet someone interesting, or someone rude. A few habits keep things safer.

1. Keep real details to yourself. Address, phone number, school or workplace and photos of documents do not belong in a chat like this.
2. Skip links from strangers, even if they promise a funny video or quick money.
3. Never send money. A request to top up a card or buy a gift is a reason to end the dialog.
4. Press /next as soon as you feel uneasy. You owe nobody an explanation.

The bot's description says that by launching it you accept the terms of use. Read them once. They explain what is allowed and what leads to a ban.

It suits people who want to practice a language, talk in the evening with no strings attached, or simply take a break. Anonymity removes the fear of looking silly, because nobody knows who you are.
