About this App
You message a company on Telegram, wait three days, and then your history is buried between other chats. Xyro Chat tries to fix that by turning an ordinary conversation into a ticket with a status, a queue and a final rating. 🎫
The profile calls the bot a customer support specialist and says it is free, with no ads and no limits. The real feature set is easiest to read from its command list, so let us walk through it.
Why a ticket beats a chat thread
A ticket is a request with a number. It has a subject, a message history and a state: open, closed or reopened. That keeps yesterday's payment question apart from today's access problem.
The bot has commands for each step. /newticket creates a request, /mytickets lists everything open, and /active shows the current one. With several questions running, /switch jumps between them and /closeticket closes a solved case.
Marked as solved, but the problem is back
Anyone who has contacted support knows this: you are told it is fixed, and a day later it breaks again. /reopen brings the closed ticket back to life without retelling the whole story.
After a case ends you can leave a rating with /feedback. It is more than a formality: ratings show which requests get solved quickly and which ones stall.
A FAQ that answers before you ask
The /faq command shows frequent questions for a chosen group. A good answer base removes the dullest load from people: working hours, payment methods, return rules. If the answer is found at once, no ticket is needed.
Legal points have their own entries. /refund_policy opens the refund policy, and /privacy leads to the privacy menu. Read them before paying, not after.
Premium, enterprise and subscriptions
Despite the free claim, the command list reveals a paid layer. Three entries are worth knowing:
- /premium: information about premium subscriptions.
- /enterprise: details of an offering for businesses.
- /my_subscriptions and /cancel_subscription: see what you bought and cancel it.
The profile does not list terms or prices, so check current figures in the bot itself before paying. If you start a subscription, find out right away how to cancel it. There is a command for exactly that.
An affiliate program inside a help desk
An unusual detail: the bot runs a referral scheme. /affiliate shows partner settings, /commission reports the commission rate and /withdraw cashes out what you collected. The bot gives the exact numbers and terms itself, so none are quoted here.
If you count on income, read the rules before inviting anyone. The minimum withdrawal threshold, the hold period and the payout method decide what you really receive. Do not plan a budget around commissions until the first payout arrives.
Who gets something out of it
- Owners of small projects: they need a request system but do not want to host a separate service.
- Telegram-based teams: customers are already in the messenger, so writing there is easier.
- Customers: they want to see the status of their question and reopen it if it was not resolved.
With any support system, check three things: where the conversation is stored, who can read it and if deleting your data is possible. The /privacy menu exists for this.
A five minute test drive
- Press /start and read the greeting.
- Open /help to see everything the bot can do.
- Create a test ticket with /newticket and look at it in /mytickets.
- Close it with /closeticket and leave feedback.
- If anything is unclear, /support explains how to reach the administrators.
That walks you through a request from start to finish, and you can judge the fit before spending anything. 👍
