Who stands behind the bot

This is the bot of the Travel42 group of companies, a network of travel agencies in Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk, Russia. The agency sells tours, air and rail tickets, visas and insurance, selects packages and arranges author trips around Russia.

The bot's name promises tour selection in 30 minutes. That is the company's own target, and real timing depends on how busy the managers are and how complex your request is.

How to leave a request

The bot works as a short form, after which a manager contacts you.

1. Press START. The bot greets you and invites you to leave a tour-selection request.
2. Describe what you want. Destination, dates, number of travelers, budget, hotel level.
3. Wait for a call or message. A manager clarifies details and offers options.
