About this App
You have your eye on a product, but today the price bites. Checking the page every day and comparing it with last week is tiring, and missing a discount is annoying.
Price Tracker & Alert Bot does this for you: it watches a product's price and writes when it drops. The motto is simple: buy only when the price is low. ✅
How it works
Two steps are needed. Start the bot and send it a link to the product page. From then on the bot checks the price itself and tells you as soon as it decreases.
The bot works with links from five stores. Mostly these are large Indian online marketplaces and one international giant. A link from another shop will not work.
The bot commands
- /start. Checks that the bot is alive. It also brings you back to the beginning of the dialog.
- /list. The current list of tracked products as a message.
- /untracked_list. Products for which tracking has already been stopped.
- /stop. Stop tracking the chosen product.
- /help. A usage hint.
- /demovideo. A short demonstration video.
If you forgot what you are tracking, /list shows it all. You can stop tracking at any moment, once you decide the product is no longer needed.
How to catch a real discount
Store prices bounce around, and not every drop is a good deal. Shops sometimes raise a price before a sale in order to 'cut' it back to the old level.
- Give the bot time. A few days of tracking show how the price behaves.
- Remember the starting price. Measure the discount against that.
- Do not rush to buy. A drop alert does not mean it will not get cheaper still.
- Check the final sum. Delivery and fees can eat the saving.
Things to watch
- Link type. Send the full address of the product page, not a home page or search results.
- Product variant. Color, size and bundle can cost different amounts, so choose the right variant before copying the link.
- Availability. A low price helps nothing if the item is out of stock.
- Trademarks. Store names and images belong to their owners, and the bot only helps you watch prices.
Who finds it handy
People who buy electronics without hurry. Gadget fans who wait for sales. Those who collect gifts in advance and want to save.
If you often shop at stores outside the list, this bot will not fit. Look for an option that supports the platforms you use. 🛒
A simple real-life example
Say you want to buy headphones. You find them in a store, copy the link and send it to the bot. A week later a message arrives: the price has dropped.
You compare it with the starting one, read the reviews and check the total with delivery. If everything fits, you buy. If not, you keep waiting: tracking stays on until you stop it.
Privacy and caution
The bot sees only the links you send it. Do not send links to personal pages and do not type card details or passwords into the chat. Price tracking does not need them.
