About this App
Despite the name, this is not a bot for chatting with people. SwiftgramBot belongs to Swiftgram, an unofficial Telegram client for iPhone. It is where you manage the client's settings and get a Pro subscription. 📱
If you do not use Swiftgram, you do not need this bot. If you do, it comes in handy.
Why a client gets its own bot
An app's regular settings live on the phone, but some things are easier to place inside Telegram. The mini app opens as a web page and talks to the client through a special link.
The page you see on opening has a switch for showing potentially sensitive media in public channels. Such material is hidden by default, and turning it on is your own decision.
What Swiftgram Pro is
Pro arrived in version 11.8.3 in April 2025. The developer explains the subscription plainly: it covers hardware, tools and the work behind the app. You can subscribe through the bot or the iPhone app store.
- Accounts backup. Sign in without a code from an encrypted local Keychain copy.
- Message filter. Hides spam, promotions and annoying messages.
- Formatting toolbar. Hides itself when the keyboard is not active.
- App badge. Its look can be customised.
Free in the client: unlimited accounts, voice-to-text, live chat translation, hiding stories and an Apple Watch companion.
What it costs
We do not quote a price, since no reliable confirmed figure exists and the app store may show different amounts per region. Check the price in the app before paying. A subscription can be cancelled before the renewal date.
How to dodge fakes
Builds that promise "Pro for free" float around the web. They are unofficial modified files, and a Telegram account should not be trusted to them: a client sees every message you have.
- Install only from the official store. Signatures and updates stay under control.
- Pay through the bot or the store. Do not send money to strangers offering cheaper Pro.
- Never share login codes. No support person should ask for a Telegram code.
- Check permissions. A third-party client gets access to your account, so read the privacy policy.
Who gets value from it
iPhone owners who want more than the standard app gives: several accounts, translation, noise filtering. If the official app is enough for you, there is nothing to change.
Try the client's free features first, and decide on Pro only after that.
