Free Stars and gifts: checking the promise

Invite friends, complete tasks, collect Stars and gifts. It sounds tempting: Telegram Stars cost money, and here they seem to be free. The Free Stars and Gifts bot has gathered more than a hundred thousand monthly users. Let's look at what is behind it. ⭐

The mechanics in a minute

• Tasks. Mostly subscribing to sponsor channels.
• Referrals. Each invited friend earns you Stars.
• Balance. Internal Stars pile up in the bot.
• Exchange. You can try to swap the balance for gifts or withdraw it.

According to review sites, the project has been running since around February 2025. Nothing is publicly known about its creators.

Where the Stars come from

Bots like this almost always follow one pattern. Channel owners pay for subscribers, and the bot delivers an audience through tasks. Invited friends grow that audience at no cost to the bot. 📢

The Stars on your balance are a promise, not real Telegram Stars. They become real only at the moment of an actual withdrawal.

What users say

Reviews on aggregator sites are mostly negative, with average scores between 1.3 and 2.9 out of 5. People complain that bonus links lead to dubious websites, and there are no confirmed withdrawals in public sources. ⚠️

About similar bots, users write that withdrawal requests sit in moderation for weeks. That is a classic sign of an ad scheme where payouts are either tiny or never happen.

A lookalike twin

There is another bot with an almost identical username, differing only in the number of l's. Scammers and rivals use lookalike names on purpose, so check the username carefully before you start.

If you try it anyway

1. Pay nothing. Never pay to speed up a withdrawal, verify or release your balance.
2. Login codes stay in Telegram. Never enter one on sites that tasks send you to.
3. Subscribe wisely. Leave channels you don't need and skip shady ones.
4. Withdraw early. Try to cash out the minimum as soon as possible. If it fails, stop spending time.
5. Be honest with friends. Don't invite people by promising guaranteed Stars.

Getting Stars for sure

You can buy Stars right in Telegram, through the payment menu in settings or at checkout in a mini app. It isn't free, but it is guaranteed. 💳

Channel owners can earn Stars legitimately from paid posts, subscriptions and reactions. Bots like this one are best seen as ad platforms that trade your time for a promise, not as a source of gifts.
