NapCoach AI: your baby sleep helper

Mini App • Health & Fitness

About this App

Your baby is fussy, and you are guessing whether they are overtired and when to put them down. NapCoach AI answers from your child's own data: mark sleep and feeds with one tap, and the helper builds a nap plan for the day and recalculates it as the day goes. 👶

It is built for children from birth to three years. It runs in Telegram, and iPhone and Android apps exist too.

Wake windows without a calculator

The core idea is the wake window: how long a baby of a given age can stay awake. The calculation uses age in weeks, the time of the last wake-up and sleep history.

Alerts arrive at three moments:

  • 75% of the window. A heads-up that bedtime is near.
  • Minimum of the window. A time to put down reminder.
  • Maximum exceeded. An overtiredness warning.

Each alert switches on or off separately, and quiet hours (22:00 to 07:00, for example) are configurable. 🌙

A day plan that recalculates

After every event (fell asleep, woke up, fed) the day plan updates. If a daytime nap moved, evening naps adjust. Morning, evening and weekly briefings put the picture in one place.

The service has 17 age ranges built in, with wake windows from 20 to 390 minutes.

Questions instead of forum digging

In the chat you can ask about sleep and routine, solid foods, recipes, vaccinations, symptoms, development and tantrums. Answers take your child's age and history into account. 💬

This is a reference helper, not a doctor: it does not diagnose and sends health questions to a pediatrician.

One shared history for two parents

You can invite the second parent, and both see one history and one shared context for the AI. Mom marks a fall-asleep, dad sees it on his side. Handy when night shifts are split. 🤝

Analytics covers today, 7 days and 30 days, comparison with age norms and an export of sleep stats for the pediatrician.

Small touches for night feeds

Extras include sleep sounds and a night light for feedings, and the mobile apps add a baby monitor. According to the app store listing, camera images and microphone audio are processed on the device itself and not uploaded. 🔦

A baby monitor does not replace adult supervision: it is a safety net, not a substitute for your presence.

Notes on how your baby ate and slept also help at a doctor's visit: instead of 'I think they slept badly yesterday' you hold numbers for a week or a month.

Price

  • Trial. 7 days free.

No install is needed: in Telegram everything opens without passwords.

Safe sleep and the service's limits

The service repeats safe sleep rules: baby sleeps on the back, on a separate firm surface, with no pillows, blankets, bumpers or toys. These are general pediatric recommendations.

It is educational, not medical: if you worry about health, fever, poor appetite or listlessness, call a doctor, not a bot. ⚠️
