Without call permission the service cannot reach you, so review the calls setting in Telegram's privacy section.

Gifts in Telegram are digital items bought with Stars and sent to friends. The recipient can show a gift on their profile or convert it to Stars. Some gifts can become collectible versions with improvements, which are called upgrades.
