About this App
Evening, a textbook, an algebra problem that will not match the answer. GDZ Bot accepts a task as text, a photo or a voice message and returns a worked solution, most often within seconds. The longest wait is a minute. 🎓
It is a homework solver for school students in grades 1-11, and its description says it solves tasks in any subject. About 68 thousand people use it.
Three ways to send a task
Nothing to download: everything happens in Telegram. Press Start and pick a format you like.
- Text: type the problem and send it.
- Photo: snap a page from a textbook or notebook.
- Voice: dictate the problem in a voice message.
The bot says it uses neural networks for the best result. That means an answer can contain mistakes, and you still need to check it.
Commands worth knowing
- /start: restart the bot.
- /newchat: a new chat, handy when you switch subjects.
- /referral: free requests for invitations.
- /profile: your profile and remaining requests.
- /premium: buy premium, with terms shown inside the bot.
Getting value, not only an answer
If you copy a finished solution, you face the same type of problem alone on the test. Use the bot like a tutor instead.
- Try to solve it yourself for at least ten minutes.
- Send the task and compare the solution steps with yours.
- Find the step where you differ and work out why.
- Solve a similar problem without a hint.
Where a neural network gets it wrong
Neural networks write wrong answers with confidence, especially in geometry, long calculations and problems with a diagram. A poor photo causes errors too: a blurry text is misread.
Check results against the textbook, the answer key in the back, or a teacher. For essays and retellings, the bot cannot replace your own thoughts. 📚
What parents should know
The bot answers instantly, so the temptation to copy is strong. Agree with your child: own attempt first, then a check. Talk about the fact that there will be no hints at the exam.
Do not send the bot photos with personal data, such as a diary page with a surname and school. Feedback goes through a separate support account listed in the bot description.
Make a rule for yourself: think first, check second.
