What one switch can ban

The core of the work is locks. You decide what should not appear in the group, and the bot deletes such messages by itself. According to the service description, locks cover:

• Links and mentions. Against ads and invitations to other chats.
• Bots. New bots added to the chat are kicked.
• Forwards. Reposts from other channels and groups.
• Media. Photos, video, stickers, GIFs, voice messages and files.
• Phone numbers and insults. To keep discussions tidy.

Warnings instead of an instant ban

A harsh kick for a first mistake scares off real people. A warning system works better: the bot records the violation, and after the number you set, it restricts the member.

A newcomer who dropped a link by accident gets a lesson, and a persistent spammer goes quiet fast. You set the threshold to match the character of your chat.

Connecting the bot to a group

1. Open the bot in a private chat and press Start.
2. Add it to your group.
3. Make it an admin so it can delete messages and restrict members.
4. Go back to the private chat and set up locks and warnings.

Without admin rights the bot deletes nothing. If locks do not trigger, check this first.

House rules that actually work

Automation does not replace common sense. The bot cuts formal violations but cannot judge an argument between people.

Write short rules and pin them. People read three or four points and skim a wall of fine print. Say what is banned and what follows a violation. 📌

Start with gentle settings and tighten them if a problem shows up. A blunt ban on all media often kills lively conversation, and the group empties out.

Check before installing
