Ahangify: Music Search in Telegram

Want to find a Persian song but cannot type the title, or do not remember the artist exactly? Ahangify is a music search engine in Telegram: press START, type the artist and track name, get a result. 🎧

The bot describes itself simply as the biggest music archive in Telegram. That is its own claim, but the audience is large indeed, around 900 thousand active users.

How to search so it actually finds

The principle is simple: write the artist's name and the song title as a normal message. There is nothing more to configure.

The interface and description are in Persian, so the bot is aimed first of all at people who listen to music in that language. Type artist names the way they are written in the original. 🔍

Three commands

• /home: the bot's home page.
• /search: music search.
• /charts: new and popular tracks.

If you do not know what to play, open the charts. It is a fast way to learn what people are listening to right now.

Charts instead of endless scrolling

The section with new and popular tracks helps when you have no specific goal. Look in, play a couple of songs, find a favorite artist. 🎶

If you like a track, note the artist's name and look for other songs through /search.

If the track you need is missing

1. Check the spelling of the name and title.
2. Try the artist name alone.
3. Try the title alone.
4. Search in Latin letters and in the original language.

Sometimes a track exists but is recorded differently. A few query variants solve most problems.

Listening comfortably

Music bots are handy because tracks sit right in the chat. You can play them in the background while browsing other conversations and forward favorites to friends.

If you collect a playlist, create a chat with yourself and drop found songs there. In a week you will have a personal playlist always at hand. 📱

For trips, download a few favorite tracks in advance: signal on the road can be unstable, and offline files help.

Artists' rights and safety

The bot's profile points to a legal section for rights holders' requests. That is normal practice for music services: if you are an author and think your music is posted without consent, you can file a request there.

Listeners should remember that music is protected by copyright. To support artists you love, also use official platforms and go to concerts. 🎤

Song search needs no passwords or payment details. If the bot or a link in results asks for them, close the chat and avoid suspicious addresses. 🔒

Music files are not small, so watch your data on a mobile network. It is better to download over Wi-Fi.
