About this App
You run a channel or blog and just sold an ad. The client asks about a token, and you are not sure what an ERID is, why you need an ad data operator, or how to avoid trouble with regulators. AdMarkBot handles that routine: it labels ads and helps with reporting without leaving Telegram. 🏷️
The bot comes from a team with its own channel about ad labeling news. A support contact is listed in the bot profile for working questions.
Three terms that cover the whole system
Russian rules require online ads to carry an identifier and to be reported to a state system. There are only a few terms to learn.
- ERID. A code identifying an ad creative. It goes in the post next to the "Advertisement" label and advertiser details.
- ORD. The ad data operator, the intermediary that passes information about the ad to the state.
- ERIR. The unified register of online advertising, where all reports end up.
When you place paid ads, duties fall on the advertiser, the platform and the performer. The bot helps you walk this path without filling in forms by hand.
What AdMarkBot does
The project presents itself as automatic labeling and ORD reporting for community admins on social networks and messengers. The bot assigns an identifier to the ad, tracks placements, gathers statistics, builds acts, and passes the data to the operator.
- Labeling in a couple of taps. You enter the placement data and get a token to publish with.
- Automatic statistics. In the extended version the bot collects placement figures itself.
- Reports to the operator. No manual submission of data.
The project website lists labeling as free and operator reporting as a paid option (from 3,000 rubles a month). Terms can change, so check current pricing before connecting. 💰
Connecting and labeling your first ad
- Start the bot with /start.
- Link your ORD account. The bot asks for an access key and explains where to find it.
- Enter the data: advertiser, contract, platform, creative.
- Get the token and put it in the ad post together with the "Advertisement" label.
- Report after the ad runs: manually, or automatically if reporting is switched on.
The access key opens your account, so treat it like a password. Keep it safe and never forward it to outsiders.
Mistakes bloggers make most
Labeling errors are usually small and expensive: an ad without a token can attract the attention of regulators.
- No "Advertisement" label. A token without the label does not help.
- Token obtained after publishing. Labeling must happen before the post goes live.
- Report sent late. Reporting deadlines are set by the rules, so put them in your calendar.
- Contract parties mixed up. Check who is the advertiser and who is the performer.
What the bot does not replace
The bot automates the process, but responsibility stays with you. It gives no legal advice and does not check if your ad falls under legal restrictions. ⚖️
If the setup is complicated (several intermediaries, self-employed partners, foreign clients), clarify details with a lawyer or the project's support. Labeling rules change, so it pays to follow the project channel.
Who it suits
The bot fits channel owners and bloggers who sell ads regularly and do not want to spend evenings on reports. If you only place a few ads, you can open it as needed. 📲
