Want to place an ad in a channel, or just write to its owner, but the admin's private inbox is swamped? Sopport Zvukorezhisser solves it in two steps. You press START, and the bot takes your request and passes it to the channel owner. 🎧

The bot introduces itself as Nick, a feedback assistant. According to its description, it quickly tells you about ad rates and delivers your message.

What the bot does

The feature set is small and clear: the bot has one job, connecting you with the channel team.

• Guides you on ads. You can learn how placement works and what a request needs.
• Passes your message. Whatever you write goes to the channel owner.
• Acts as a front desk. While the admin is busy, your request does not get lost.

There are no menu commands. The bot leads the dialog itself, so press START and follow the prompts.

How to send a request

1. Open the bot and press START.
2. Choose what you need: ad information or a message to pass on.
3. Write briefly and to the point, so the admin need not ask follow-ups.
4. Wait for a reply in the same dialog.

A reply is not instant: a real person is on the other end, and may have other things going on.

Writing so that you get an answer

Channel admins get many similar messages. A clear request stands out among them.

• Who you are. Name the project or brand you want to advertise.
• What you need. One post, a series of posts, or another format.
• When. Preferred dates or a deadline.
• What the creative is. Text, image and link prepared in advance.

Do not write just "how much?" without details, since that is hard to answer precisely.

What an advertiser should know

The price of channel ads depends on reach, not on subscriber count. Ask the admin for view statistics of recent posts and compare them with actual results.

Put agreements in writing: date, publishing time, pin duration and payment terms. If the placement falls through, you will have proof.

Precautions

Pay only the person you talked to in the dialog, and never send an advance payment through links from unfamiliar messages. Scammers often pose as channel admins.

Do not send passwords, card data or codes from messages through the bot. It exists for contact, and nothing more. 🙂
