It is meant for owners of channels and groups and for people who buy ads.

What the reports show

The /today_info command shows subscriptions and unsubscriptions for the last day. A daily report is sent to all admins after connection, so you do not have to go looking for numbers.

The /user_dossier command opens a subscriber dossier: the source the person came from. This is data from your own channel, not a search for information about strangers.

Tracking links: a tag on every source

The main idea: instead of one channel link you create separate ones for each ad, post or placement. Then you can see which brings more subscribers.

• /create_link. Creates a link with a tag.
• /link_builder. A builder for finer settings.
• /outbound_link. A button under a post: the bot checks the subscription and forwards to the address you set.
• /lead_magnet. A gift for subscribing, such as a file or guide.

Ad systems and reports

Through /new_integration you connect ad accounts so ads are optimised on real subscriptions rather than clicks. That lowers the price per subscriber.

Reports export with /download_report to a spreadsheet or Excel. It is handy for showing a client or a team. 📑

Connect in a couple of minutes

1. Start the bot and choose Add channel.
2. Give the bot the right to add users or use invite links.
3. Create your first tracking link with /create_link.
4. Put it in an ad and look at the report a day later.

Reading the numbers

Look not only at the number of new subscribers but at how many remain a week later. A cheap subscription that leaves within a day is worth nothing.

Compare sources against each other: the same ad text on different placements often gives a very different result. Tags on links exist for that.

Things to keep in mind

Grant the bot exactly the rights it needs. If your channel holds private data, check the settings before connecting.

Mind the ethics too: statistics exist to improve a channel, not to chase people who unsubscribed. 🙂
