Round Video Bot: Make Telegram Circles

Bot • Converters & Files

About this App

Telegram circles are quick to record, but only inside the app, live and from the camera. A great clip already sitting in your gallery cannot be turned into a circle by default. Round Video Bot fixes that: send a video or GIF and get back a ready-made round video message. 🎥

Here is how it works, what is in the bot's menu and which limits circles have.

From gallery to circle in seconds

The bot's idea fits in one line of its description: convert video into a Telegram video note. You send a clip, the bot processes it and returns a file you can forward right away.

The description names these features: circles from videos and GIFs, high-quality conversion, fast processing and support for long videos. Test the result on your own clip before relying on large files.

What the rules say about circles

A Telegram video note is square at heart: the app applies the round mask when it displays the message. So the bot crops the clip around the center, and everything important must stay in the middle.

  • Duration. Regular circles are limited to about a minute, so split longer clips into parts.
  • Format. The Bot API expects a square of up to 640 by 640 pixels in MP4.
  • File size. The shorter and lighter the clip, the faster it processes and arrives.

If a video is sent as a plain video instead of a video note, it shows up with white corners. The bot spares you that problem. ✨

Commands and menu

The menu has a set of service commands. They manage your account rather than do the conversion itself.

  • /start opens the menu.
  • /profile shows your profile.
  • /premium leads to a paid subscription.
  • /language changes the language.
  • /invite gives a way to invite friends.
  • /terms, /privacy, /purchase show the terms, the privacy policy and the payment and refund rules.
  • /contact opens a line to the owners.

Check the subscription price and its terms inside the bot before you pay. Read the refund rules under /purchase.

Making a good-looking circle

  1. Choose a clip where the main subject sits in the center of the frame.
  2. Send the video or GIF to the bot as a file or as a regular video.
  3. Wait for the reply: the bot returns a finished video message.
  4. Forward it to the chat or channel you need, or keep it in Saved Messages.

A wide clip loses its edges when cropped. If important details sit on the sides, re-edit the frame or pull the camera back. 🎬

What is not allowed and what to remember

The bot states plainly that it does not accept pornography, sexual content, alcohol, gambling and other prohibited material. Follow that, otherwise the service may refuse to process your file.

When you send a clip you hand it to an outside service for processing. Do not upload videos that show documents, bank cards or private moments you would not show strangers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Round Video Bot do?▼
It turns a regular video or GIF into a round Telegram video message. You send a file, the bot crops it around the center and returns a ready circle. You can then forward it to a chat or channel.
Is there a limit on clip length?▼
The bot claims support for long videos, but circles in Telegram themselves are limited to about a minute. If your clip is longer, split it into parts and send them one by one. Short, light files process faster.
How much does the subscription cost?▼
The bot offers a paid subscription through the /premium command. Prices and terms are shown inside the bot and may change. Before paying, open /purchase and read the payment and refund rules.
Why does the important part get cropped?▼
A circle is stored as a square and only looks round on screen, so the edges of a wide clip are cut off. Before sending, put your subject in the middle of the frame or re-edit the video. Then everything you need will fit in the circle.
