LudoTON: dice, tokens and TON

Plenty of people grew up with Ludo: roll the die, get your pieces out of the yard and race all four home before anyone else. LudoTON moved that game into Telegram and attached the TON cryptocurrency to it 🎲

The project's slogan is "Play TON, Win TON": you put TON on the table and try to walk away with more. At its peak the bot was started close to half a million times, but monthly activity is far lower now, which is worth weighing before you play.

The rules in thirty seconds

Each player has four pieces that move around the board by the number rolled.

• A six brings a piece into play and earns another roll.
• Land on an opponent and their piece goes back to start.
• First to bring all four pieces to the center wins.

Luck carries a lot of weight, yet choosing which piece to move still shapes the outcome.

• TON stakes. Bets and winnings are in TON.
• Quests through /quest, tasks that pay out rewards.
• Clubs. Start one with /createclub or join with /joinclub to play as a group.
• Invites through /invite, a referral link for friends.

The part nobody puts on the banner ⚠️

Staking crypto on dice rolls works a lot like gambling. Even with smart moves, a cold streak can wipe out a deposit.

• Play with spare money only. An amount you can lose without stress.
