A friend drops a ticker in a group chat and says it is about to run. Before you touch it, you want to know what the coin is and whether anything looks off.
Paddy Craic Bot answers that inside Telegram: paste a contract address and you get a coin card with a chart and safety checks. ☘️
The bot is the companion to Craic Hub Exchange, a swap site for the Solana network, and to the project's own token, $CRAIC. It is built for people who trade risky coins and want quick lookups and alerts close at hand.
Paste an address, get a card
The /c command takes a ticker or a contract address and replies with a card showing price, chart and basic checks. The /chart command sends the price chart as an image.
For fresh tokens there are /trending, which lists what is moving on Solana right now, and /new, which lists the newest trading pairs. New pairs carry the most risk, since most meme coins fade within days. Read the checks, because the price alone says little.
Price alerts that find you
With /alert you set a price level and the bot messages you privately when the coin reaches it. /alerts lists everything you have set up.
That saves you from staring at a chart all day. An alert only reports a price, though. Whether to buy or sell stays your call.
Swapping from your own wallet
The /buy and /sell commands lead to Craic Hub Exchange. Trades go through your own Solana wallet and you sign each transaction yourself. The team states that it never holds your keys and never asks for a seed phrase.
Under the hood a price aggregator looks for the best route across Solana liquidity pools, and a separate cross-chain router handles transfers between networks. According to the project's site, the platform fee runs from 0% to 0.75% per swap, on top of network fees.
/wallet shows a read-only view of a wallet portfolio, so nothing needs signing for that.
What $CRAIC does
The project has its own token, $CRAIC. Holders are promised lower swap fees, and paying for launches and featured listings in $CRAIC gets 25% off. Under the project's rules, fees paid in $CRAIC are burned.
/burn and /holders show the burn tracker and holder count, while /ca and /howtobuy give the contract address and buying steps.
The team talks about burning 250 million $CRAIC, but calls that an aim, not a promise. The real number depends on how many fees people choose to pay in that token.
Listing your own coin
If you run a community around a token, the bot has tools for you:
- /list adds your token to the Craic Hub list for free, and /status tracks the order.
- /launch and /pool start a coin and create a liquidity pool.
- Captcha and anti-spam for your group, plus a buy bot that announces purchases in chat.
A listing is not an audit. Anyone can submit a token, and being on the list is not an endorsement from the platform.
Read this before you connect a wallet
The project is new, the team is not named, and the site cites no independent audit. The $CRAIC token was created on a meme coin launch platform, and coins like that can lose almost all of their value within hours.
Both the site and the bot say it plainly: not financial advice, do your own research.
The fee discount nudges you toward holding the project's own token. Ask yourself whether saving a fraction of a percent on fees is a reason to buy it.
- Connect a separate wallet holding only an amount you can afford to lose.
- Read every transaction before signing and check the contract address.
- Never send a seed phrase to anyone, even someone writing in the project's name.
There is no sign-up. Open the chat and send /help to see the full command list. 🔍
