2040World Support: Help for the Game

Something broke in the game, a reward never arrived and the screen froze? World 2040 has a dedicated support bot for those moments. It is not a game, it is a line to the project team. 🛠️

The game itself works inside Telegram like a clicker: you collect coins for actions, grow an avatar and upgrade equipment.

Four commands cover everything

The bot understands a short list of commands, and that is enough for a first contact:

• /start launches the bot and shows where to begin.
• /bugreport helps you report a bug or a problem.
• /chatid shows the number of the current chat, which admins need.
• /cancel stops the current action if you started the wrong one.

How to write so people can help

A good report saves time for both sides. Say exactly what happened and add details where you can.

1. Press /bugreport and wait for the prompt to describe the issue.
2. Write what you were doing and what went wrong.
3. Mention your device and Telegram version if the issue is about display.
4. Attach a screenshot if the bot accepts it.

Never send passwords, login codes or wallet recovery phrases to a support chat. Real support does not ask for them. ⚠️

The game behind the bot

World 2040 is set on a huge space station divided into modules. According to descriptions online, each new module opens as a new season. 🚀

The game follows a play-to-earn model. Coins are given for tasks, and your avatar can be developed and upgraded.

A calm word about money

Games of this type deserve a sober look. Online reviews of the project are mixed, including sharp criticism. Check current information before spending real money.

In-game coins are not cash. Their value depends on whether they can be withdrawn and at what rate, and nobody can promise that. 💡

Telling real support from a trap

• You write first. Support should not message you in private on its own.
• No passwords. It has no use for your password or recovery phrase.
• Check the name. Scammers build bots with similar names.
• No prepayment. Fixing a problem never requires sending money.

If you only need an answer about game rules, look at the official project channel first, where common questions are usually covered. The support bot fits cases tied to your own account or a technical error.
